Srishti ~ Victoria ~ Mohan Veena
Hindustani Slide Guitar
Another version of the ever popular Mohan Veena, we teamed up
with a local player and had the Yemaha guitar company make the
instrument and then the jawari and fitting was done by one of
our own craftsmen with Srishti. A great result!
This instrument is of the same style
as the Bhabasindu Pine Mohan Veena however the string layout is
3 mains and 5 chikaris, 3 of the chikaris are set lower as you
find on a Sarod. Has 13 sympthetics. Pine top with hardwoods for
the fittings with a nice finish. Includes a fiberglass case by
BAG with wheels and 2 handles! Please note current model shows
"Victoria" rather than the "Yemaha" knockoff label. Very nice
Indian classical guitars for the price.
